The Higher Council fir the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities signed a memorandum of understanding with the Social Solidarity Coordination Committee (SSCC)on Wednesday to enhance coordination and information exchange. It was signed by HCAPD Secretary General Amal Nahhas and SSCC General Director Mamdouh Srour in the presence of HRH Prince Raad bin Zeid, who highlighted the importance of unifying efforts to upgrade the living conditions of persons with disabilities. A comprehensive database will include information on persons with disabilities and the services provided to them.
